In 2018, we worked to pass HB 4005, the Prescription Drug Pricing Transparency Act. Today, we’re seeing the results! You can now report your prescription drug price increases in Oregon. The more reports, the more that lawmakers will see the true problem and pass legislation this year to lower costs, including importation of lower priced prescriptions from Canada, 60-day advance notice of price increases, and more.
All Oregonians are encouraged to report an increase in the cost of their prescription drugs to the Department of Consumer & Business Services in one of three ways:
- Email Rx.prices@oregon.gov
